New Lightning owners need to watch out for these first few cold mornings and nights. Whenever the weather dips into the 50's and low 60's use caution. Check your tunes and boost settings. This is the time of year where stock blocks fail...

And make sure you have a good conservative cold tune with 12-13* of timing. What kind of tuner do you use, and what is the timing set at?

my old truck would see 140mph runs as long as it was above 55*:d, just keep the radio off when doing it, so you can listen for detonation

I had mine fully dynomatted and it made a world of difference as far as exhaust sound went. Now if you had the windows down, forget about it:D

I believe there is a few folks here running 6lb pulleys all year long with a cold tune from Terry for the cool months.

I am running approx 10-12lbs of boost.(according to the aftermarket guage). I have the tunning done by Terry. Do I need to watch for the cold temp.? When should I set the program from hot to cold?

Either drive it easier or run the cold tune below 65. Never hold it to the floor down the highway or into overdrive which is past 120. I have never seen a customer blow up below 100mph regardless of tune or mods.
