Terry is lowering my truck next weekend. He told me that I need to get 2 cam bolt kits for a F150. Does anyone know where to get them? Or the part number or something? I also was told I need to get it aligned again. Does anyone know where to go that has the program for a Lightning on there computer? If so what is the name and number. I live in Mesquite so something close to me would be great if possible.

Here are the Ford Cam-Bolts, P/N F65Z-3B236-BB. They look to be a bit more beefy than the NAPA part. 4 for $28.19 at your local Ford dealer.

4 is the complete set is it not ? The Napa ones only have 2 in each set and they are almost as expensive as the 4 Ford bolts. Looks like OEM may be the way to go.
Since Ford has this item, it makes you wonder why they don't have them in there stock

I picked mine up from the dealer today. They had 5 in stock, they only had three last weekend.
After putting them in my feeling is that they are not needed. You have the same movement with the shim or the bolts, slot is the same size. This is assuming the shop has the correct shims and the willingness to do it right. But it is hard to find anyone that will stick with a job and do it correctly anymore. (Have you been to your local fast food joint lately and had good service.)
Anywho it is done now, going in to the shop in the AM.

P.S. Sorry for the rant!
