Got my new Reichard Racing Pulley installed today. This is the new ultra-grip (no belt slip) design and is a really nice piece of bling! I like it a lot!

i had one on my L. it'll chew up a gator-back belt in nothing flat. get a gates green-stripe. it'll last a long time.

It is like the two biting edges fight each other. That shaft looks odd, most are flat. Is that some kind of bolt cap?

Yup! 8mm chrome allen head bolt with cap!

iv talked to a few guys with the same pulley and left the bolt out with no cons to it, so when i did my pulley swap i just used a black flap plastic plug on my bolt hole.
