Same here, I am a Horns fan....but no predictions. Should be one damn good game though with the way both of these teams have been playing this year. I think it's a toss up at this point.

I want the 'Horns to win so that the Tide will go to #1, BUTI think OU will take it.

Very entertaining 1st half, although its obvious OU is the more talented team.

Yeah it has been a pretty good game so far.....that circus touchdown catch by OU was pretty crazy. Right place at the right time.

I maybe a bit biased towards OU. '98 grad and 4 other family members from there.:)

My atty. is a huge OU fan, too. :D

Wow... UT defense stepped up big in the 2nd half. OU never could run the ball effectively, and OU losing their middle LB really hurt.

UT just outplayed them in the 2nd half.

We'll see how they do vs. Mizzou next week.

Good game.....I figured it was going to be a toss up. They outscored OU in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Quarters. With Mizzou playing tonight against OK State, and with Alabama not playing this week, what is Mizzou lost....would this justify a number one spot for Texas. Should be interesting to see the polls when they come out.

It was a good game.

I figure it honestly doesn't matter if Mizzou is #1 or anyone else. If Texas can somehow beat Mizzou, OSU and Tech, then they will be #1...and no one could dispute that at all. That is the toughest 4 game stretch of _anyone_ in the nation, hands-down.

I honestly do not think they'll win all 3 of those games... just too difficult.

What could easily happen is Texas loses to Mizzou, and then either UT or OU play Mizzou in the Big 12 championship. Whoever wins that game should be playing in the BCS Championship, period.

After its all said and done, what you want is for your conference to have a rep in the title game. They all beat each other up, but the top-dog should be there, along with the SEC champ. Forget the Pac-10 and USC, or anyone else. USC shouldn't even be in the top 10. Same goes for the Big 10. Penn State should be about 8 or 9 right now.

Very true, they do have a rough stretch of games ahead and I seriously have my doubts, even prior to this week, that they could pull off this 4 game stretch against all four tough teams. It should definitely be fun to watch though.

I definitely have to give it up to Bradford, he is a very talented quarterback, and played his heart out today. As well is Chase Daniel next week. Both of these guys deserve alot of respect from any teams defense. Should be interesting to see if they can make a stand next week.

Oh yeah, and USC is definitely Over-rated, over-hyped, washed up, ehhh,, well I can't think of anymore. But it's time for them to fall out of the spotlight for sure. The SEC and the BIG 12 have definitely proven they are the stronger conferences right now.

Hmm, Alabama vs UT/Mizzou?? lol Should be interesting to see how it all unfolds thru out the season.

For now, let the UT/OU trash talking resume, as they head back up 35 with their heads down. :D

What I really like about the college game is that you still have guys who will not play in the NFL, have a lot of success within the team concept of the sport.

Colt McCoy is a great QB, but he's a Major Applewhite type, and I doubt he'll be playing on Sundays. Chase Daniel, as good as he is, is small for a pro QB. He may be tough/strong/fast enough to play safety, though!

Sam Bradford, at 6'5" will play on Sundays in a few years. OU just has to hope he doesn't leave early. I bet he plays one more year there and declares for the draft.

I don't watch a lot of pro football anymore, but college FB is a lot of fun.

Poor Aggies... worst team in the Big 12.

There is no hiding it this year. We plain suck.

Our offense really plays well from behind though. Our QB passed for the most yards in a single game, and we had a WR catch for the 2nd most.

Can anyone spare a defense? Where is my Wrecking Crew from the 90's?

If there is a year to be down in the Big 12, this is it. There are so many good teams, especially in the south, that you could have an excellent team and still end up with 2-3 losses _within_ your own division.

A&M will be back... just not this year or next.
