I think its one of those things where a little one got blown out of proportion. but given the guys background, well, he got hammered.. thats just the way it is..it may suck for him, but he knew that coming back.. and at least he got the opportunity to come back.. for most of us, we would have been gone a long time ago and been looking for work in another field.
