Crown Evolution

I would like to share with you folks a new spin on an old friend. In the beginning there was crown, then there was crown with coke. A few years go by and there is Coke zero. The zero has no sugar so it is much better balanced with the Crowns. Well, now there is Coke zero Vanilla. Crown has a new best friend:beer:.:bows

On a separate note one of my Crowns has me concerned. It has turned much darker than the other Crowns:icon_eek:. I took it to the mountains with me, and when I got back it had changed...
Anyone ever seen a Crown Reserve this dark?

It's just the air....no problem. The XR won't turn like that because of the stopper on it, a lot less likely to suck up a lot of that pollution we breathe.

Not quite. I took a metal flask full of Crown to the mountains with me. When I got back I poured it back into my bottle. The stuff in the flask turned very dark. Maybe it absorbed some iron or other metals from the flask.:tex

At the bar alot of people dont buy the bud Lt thats in the tin bottle just for that reason. Cause the beer absorbs the metal from the tin changing the taste. Gives it a good metal taste:vomit:

You cross contaminated the Crown and are surprised that it changed colors ? God knows what kind of fungus was growing in the flask

The flask was new and Crown sterilizes all it touches.
