Lol. She works at Blue Cross, so staying out of town isn't an option. :(

Just call the clerks office and ask for deferred. If they will not grant it or if you get another that is when you find lawyer. I have done the last few myself and saved the 45 fee for the lawyer to file it for me.

don't know what layer you are using but I got a ticket a week ago and took it to RANDAL SCOT HIS # IS 972-264-4000, but he charges 75.00, I have used him since 1998 and back then he did charged 45.00
