The revenue from ads has fallen to almost nothing here

In an attempt to get the lurkers to contribute something I have implemented ads between the first and second post in threads if you arent logged in. I may swap things around and make it so that you have to be a supporting member to avoid the ads

I also added some ads to the side of the youtube videos - I would like to be able to limit those to guests as well but havent yet figured that out
