Amazon Racing just released a great one... I think it's $999.00 for their intercooler core.

Just curious why do you think it needs to be replaced? Do you have a 99 that never had the recall done?

I think you guys are getting the intercooler confused with the heat exchanger.
The intercooler is mounted between the blower and lower intake and is not visible unless the blower is removed.
The heat exchanger looks and acts like a small radiator mounted up under the front of the truck between the radiator and front of motor.

no it is not the heat exchanger.. i just got done looking at it and guess what... the blower is off so it's obviously the intercooler

How would an intercooler leak to the ground?

it's not leaking to the ground.... throughout my engine... intake mainly

Maybe a head gasket?
Never heard of an intercooler leak except on the 99-00 recalls

First Amazon intercooler installed, guy was having IAT issues with a clogged ang junked up intercooler, not sure if there are great gains over stock, but great replacement for the price if it needs to be replaced

If you are looking for the one that is under the supercharger, I have one off of my 01'. If it will work on yours, I'd be willing to sell it.

well i had to order a whole new intake manifold and take the drivers side heads off my 03L when i shot the rods because apparently someone before decided to bolt the intake manifold together with concrete lag screws.... he compelte jacked the head threads and not to mention the screws wouldnt come out and broke under torque..... im going to put a screw threw his dome if i ever find this idiot....
