Thanks guys! I really appreciate it. I hate it that I am never available to make it to the meets. If we ever do lunch meetings again, I will have a much better chance of making it. My family and I have something going on literally every night of the week b/w multiple sports, church, etc. Of course, I've chosen that... and frankly, can't see doing it any other way, given that my kids will be out of the house before I know it.

But my son will want to come and hang out before too long, since he's the Lightning owner in the family.

Thanks for the birthday greetings... I get to go evict a dead-beat tenant in an hour. Guess the year has started well. I'm falling right in line with the new administration's plan to give hand-outs (as in free rent) to those who don't deserve it. :rll:
