Stronger than just about anything else in the motor, no need to worry unless you plan to make mega HP. Even the built motors from popular vendors use the stock crank, they are pretty bulletproof.

I second that. I've shot rods through both sides of my block and I am only running about 13lbs of boost with 398hp at the wheels.

I am thinking about building a shortblock myself. I found a block and a stock crank, and based on the fact that the stock crank is pretty strong i will use it. I want to spend a good amount of money on rods and pistons so i have alot of room for hp.
