the 3.4 is huge!!! But Whipple put the 2.3 Whipple inlet on it and the air flow is very restricted, JJ has a custom inlet for the 3.4 and it has made a huge difference, espically with the 106mm throttle body

Search Lightning Rodder, there are tons of people with 3.4 Whipples with dyno #, videos, pics, etc

Search Lightning Rodder, there are tons of people with 3.4 Whipples with dyno #, videos, pics, etc There are many complaints about high inlet temps. Some guys are seeing over 200* downstream. These monsters seem to produce a lot of heat :icon_eek:

JJ's new inlet reduced some of the heat.

But Casey is still running 177 AIT2 temps even spraying meth., and N02.

But Casey is still running 177 AIT2 temps even spraying meth., and N02. I read alot about this on LR. Guys are puttin the smack and meth to them and still have the high temps. But what do you expect when your shoving that much air into a motor, that 3.4L is a monster.
