I have to take my '02 into the dealer to get the foglights fixed and a spot on the paint on top of the cab fixed. These arent big problems but want to get them fixed right and fast.. I would hate being without my truck.. anyone I can trust(?) in NE Dallas.. (I dont live very far from BoneDaddy's). I bought it at Prestige Ford, nice salesguy but the rest of them and the process was a whipping...
Thanks
Dana

Dana,
The reason is....most of us are not impressed with the dealers. I bought mine from Bankston and most here will tell you to stay away from them.
However, Bankston out-sources their painting and whoever they use does good work.
Foglight: you should be able to take anywhere.
I live ~3 miles from BDs

One of the guys just had heads done at North Central? and liked their work. It isn't just the dealers anymore we are concerned with. The independent inspectors are farkheads! The dealer is not allowed to talk to them about a claim or they will be in contempt by Ford Corp. No matter how cool the dealer is the inspector has all the power..
