LOL. Last time I went to the track I pulled a 12.4 @ 110 1/4 and 7.86 @86 1/8th mile <--- Not too bad. Jim @ JDM know whats in my truck, (he should, I bought most of it from him) and he said that is what I should be running.
She hit 110mph @ second to third shift and stopped pulling because of AIT II temps.
I have added meth injection and another cooling mod since then.
The tune is whats holding me back. I'm still learning.
I expect to see a 7.7 or better 1/8th mile next time I go.
Trans rebuild will be next. My 2nd shift solenoid is acting up.

I might have a tranny guy... We'll see how he does with the 95' tranny that I got from you. I'm going to have him freshen it up before I drop it in. Looking @ a 2400 stall converter too.

Damn it man, you have a short memory. I told you I had a trany tech willing to do your trans and mine for free. Well, not exactly. We do the work, while he instructs. And brings the special tools.

Memory is OK, I just don't have the time to do it myself right now. (Which kills me because A) I WANT to do it myself, & B)I don't like other people molesting my $#it! )

It's not too bad if they only have the trans and not the hold truck. When you get ready to change it let me know, I'll swing by and help with that elusive trans bolt you hate.

How much would all the nice upgrade parts be?

I don't know. Steve does not need the up-grades. The trans he has is a 95.
