Yeah. I'm not good enough yet. I can't keep out the orange peel.
And yes I know. I have done a drag car this way and had 0 issues.

LOL. thanks.... It's just one more thing I'm too cheep to pay some one else to do. So I spend even more money doing it myself.:tu:

What kinda paint are you using? tank looks fairly shiny already for no clear coat? There is a fine line with clear coat between orange peel and running it. of course you can always cut and buff after it has hardened to get rid of the orange peel.
I'm still debating on repainting my truck in class.

I have no idea. I called English color, and told them I was painting a motor cycle and they sold me the stuff.
Only thing I know is that it's royal blue with a little pearl in it.
And it's shiny because I spent all day color sanding and buffing it out.

Get some of those 1000 to 1500 grit sanding blocks put them in water until they sink, will perfectly take out runs...(hope you never get any)
