Where is a good tranny shop in the DFW area that won't rape me too bad? I have a spare 95' E4OD that I need to have gone through and swapped into my 93'. I'm about broke @ this point, so cheap is good, but quality is a must.
Maybe somewhere that will give me a break $$$wise in exchange for a 93 E4OD that they can keep?

Thanks!
Steve

Tifton likes a trans shop in Weatherford, otherwise BTS in Arkansas.

Best tranny shop besides having one of the major Lightning vendors build one (i.e. JDM, JLP, DMP, WMS)

Pheonix Transmission/ Weatherford

They offer a 2year unlimited mile warranty with there stuff too, and they honor it. Built a buddys transmission and told him to drive it like he stole it:d

From what I understand, they do good work... A little far for me though. I am contacting them for a quote on a torque converter though.

Thanks all for the reply's... Looks like I've got some phone calls to make.

I am a believer in PI converters. LFP sells them for 850 I think.
