Navi-F150 swap

Well I just got a steal on a navigator. A freind found me an 02 with 54,000 miles for 300 bucks. My question is will the 4 valve 5.4 bolt up in place of my 4.6 in my 98 f150? My truck is a 5 speed and I think a 4 vavle would be quite a bit of fun with a 5 or 6 speed. :rolleyes:

Thats to be suspected. I wonder how bad it is going to be to tune? But hey thenks for the info.

Thats to be suspected. I wonder how bad it is going to be to tune? Thats another thing that may be a problem. I dont know if you will need tio change the comp in your truck or not. I would think the comp would need changed, unless its the same as the one that comes in the 5.4L...?

Dana LOL! That is a CHEAP price for a 4v 5.4L motor.

LOL thanks for pointing that out to me dana. It seems to be in good shape, it was a light rollover (dented roof, pass front fender, and broken drivers glass). But it started and drove onto the trailer.
