First off I appologize about labeling the thread incorrectly...unfortunately I can not change the title of the thread for some reason otherwise I would have just changed it to the correct title. I do have racing videos though that I can post later. :)

For anyone interested I thought I would post a couple photos of my 1995 Toyota Supra sports car. The best the car has done at the track is 6.1@121mph in the 1/8 and 9.5@114mph in the 1/4 on the brakes because there is hardly any shutdown for 150+mph cars at the track I went to. This was the first time out with around 940rwhp just testing traction with the new setup. The car put down 1,020rwhp spinning on the dyno...we tried VHT and 2 people on the hatch, but it didn't work out and the car still spun.

Anyway, below are a couple photos in street trim and a couple older photos in drag trim as well.

This was before the interior change to black:

Dynosheet only went to 6800rpm because the car was spinning. I usually shift the car at around 8,200rpm, so it had quite a bit more rpm to go through. I didn't have the car turned quite all the way up, but unfortunately it still spun on the dyno even with VHT and two people in the hatch. If anyone wants to calculate the torque numbers for the dynograph below (since they were only showing HP on the dynograph when this was done) here is the RPM vs MPH for my car in 4th gear:
60mph = 3100rpm
70mph = 3700rpm
80mph = 4200rpm
90mph = 4700rpm
100mph = 5500rpm
110mph = 6100rpm
120mph = 6600rpm
130mph = 7200rpm
These numbers are all from the dyno here in Kansas City since they monitored my engine RPM and MPH I was able to put the two together. The way you figure torque just in case anyone is wondering: (5252/RPM) x HP (The HP here is from the same point in the graph you plugged the RPM value in)
For example:
*At 110MPH (6,100RPM) the car made 1,000hp to the wheels, so: 5252/6100 = .8609 and then .8609 x 1,000HP = 860.9 ft/lbs of torque at that particular RPM. That is SAE...Uncorrected it made more torque which is what the car actually put down that day on the dyno in that particular air environment.

Thanks for the kind words on the car.

No problem on the slicks thread. Learning from other peoples mistakes saves time and money to say the least. :)

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I will try to put a couple videos on here if I can find them. Seems that most of the videos are of bikes, but I will try to find some others.

I lived in Houston for 35 yrs.. but the toll roads are becoming a way of life.. however, just go visit Florida for some real toll road action.. although, I would be better with toll roads if they didnt have speed limits.

during my time in KC, it seemed places closed too early, there wasnt a friendly climate towards businesses. There were not enough independent restaraunts (except steak and BBQ). Traffic was pretty bad and there didnt seem to be any real movement to fix the issue. The folks we met there were very nice though.. the weather wasnt too bad either..
