What's the computer code? Any issues using it a 99?

It says 04L so it should be a URB1. A dealer might be able to flash it back I don't know for sure. I heard the service parts were blank and the dealers flashed them to the truck app...

99-01 are interchangeable codes
02-04 are interchangeable codes
