need help adj boost actuator

I'm having problems adjusting it. What tool has everyonen used for this. i can bareley get my hands in the right position. Need something kind long but havent found anything yet. And do you want to adjust it where you always have vacuum or easiest to build vacuum at the twitch of your pedal. Ive searched threads over and over and it always point's to chucks website. ive read it and still confused. anyways.

Also saw a silver L last night at Salgrass steak house in McKinney. Was going for a nightly interstate cruising. Anyone here?
