My guess would be a 68" but where did you manage to get a 2.5 upper anyways. Never heard of it.

For a KB I assume, about a K080675 if I remember correctly. I have a couple in Gatorback.

What does it look like? Did the bushing get stuck on the other pulley?

no the only thing that came off was the old pully and the bolt that holds it in place.

I thought I had seen other people having to grind the snout of the SC down to make a 2.5" pulley fit..?

There is the link Terry posted way back. It shows a KB 2.3 with a 2.5" upper. It looks like the snout has been modified. http://www.talonclub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11456&highlight=peep+pulley

If it is a KB pulley it should fit without any grinding.

Hmm thats weird because mine didnt fit and its a KB pully alright. I had one of our machinist take a little off the inned diameter and see if it will fit. But now i cant take off the pully first time it came off easy didnt need the tool.

Well guys I ended up going a different route. I was talking to Lenard AKA ssthis about my problem. He told me he still had his lower 8lb pully and that I could have it. So I will get it from pat on thurs and put it on and then get it tuned. Hope I see good numbers with that.

That will be better for ya any how, the belt slip would have been pretty bad on a 2.5 upper:tu:
