It was an expensive pain in the butt, but I stil have some of the golf shirts that I wear. I have a new consulting customer who does screen printing.

If there is enough interest we could see what the costs would be to do another run

I know a guy here in OK that owns/operates his own embroidery business. Does some good-looking work. He just needs a .jpg/.gif and lets the PCs and stitching machines do their thing.

the best way for this to work is to get the majority of the money up front

There are people who don't come on here much but might come to a meeting or event and want to buy a shirt

The way I do it is this:

- I post up the costs for the sizes and the color as well as my PayPal info.

- Everyone that is committed to buying one posts up how many they want.

- Pre-payment is then sent to my PayPal by those who committed to pay.

- Once enough money is received to pay for the order, I tell them to run them.

- Once they're ran, I mail them out or can meet up if local.

It typically takes about a week to process an order, so we'd be cutting it close to get them done on time. I would need an .ai file that they can work off of.

This is unfortunately cutting it very close - probably too close. Might be better to wait for the next meet. It might even be cool to do a TALON VS. GM 2009 scheme...
