I have a guy selling me some 305 45 18 drag radials for 450 both he said he got them for pinks and only got two passes on them. Will I just sit there and spin or will they hook? I ordered some wheels but they called me today and siad they are on back order. So I wont be able to use my slicks.

I do not have any experience with the Mickey Thompson DR's, only slicks and they worked very well. If they are anything like the Nitto's, they should work for you. If you need to get rid of them when you get your slicks, let me know.

Guys on LR with pretty high horse power trucks are having really good luck with the MT DR's already. Most are saying that they wear a lot faster than the Nitto DR's if you daily drive them, but that wouldn't matter to me if they hook like most are saying that they do.

I have seen the ET Street Radial hook harder than some slicks if that is the tire you are asking about.
