I hit the Bone Daddy's in Arlington last night with some friends and there were no unfriendly signs on the door.

I had the goldline salt chlorinator in my pool. I replaced the in-line module 3 x in 3 years. The first replacement was on their dime. The next 2 were at my expense when they wouldn't honor the warranty. When it went out the 4th time I said "F" it, disconnected the whole damn unit and went old school using chlorine and a floating duck. I have since installed an in-line chamber that holds the 3" chlorine tabs so the duckie is gone. Screw those SOB's if they don't want to stand by their products. Rant-off. You may have better luck Dana...

I had some problems with my original Aquarite eatin generators but goldline replaced them and reccomended updating to the latest system(control box) which i did and the whole system has been flawless for the last 3 years so far.You half to be careful how much acid and water you mix when you clean them and use scale inhibitors in the pool.I use this fairy dust stuff called Mineral Springs its everything you need in a salt pool in a bag LOLGood stuff.You can still have a salt pool without the generator system,they sell chlorine sticks that float around and do the same thing as a high dollar generator system.All chlorine products have like trippled in price last few years.You can bid and buy Aquarite stuff on e-bay and get great deals.Best to do it off season.Whatever you do use these http://shop.bluehaven.com/product/Swimsafe-Filter-Saver-Skimmer-Socks-5-Pack/ .Saves a fortune/time for your filter system.
