It's nice to find a company that stands behind their product and treats the customer right. Thought I would share this story.

The beginning of last summer I put together a redneck watering system. I used some of these timers (http://theconsumerlink.com/product_detail.asp?BID=orbitirrigation&T1=TCL+62032&navStart=0&.) I bought from walmart to setup zones that I could control. Well, fast forward to now. One of them is on the fritz and of course I don't have a receipt. Even if I did, it is out of warranty.

I decided to give them a call anyhow. I explained the problem to them hoping they had a magic trick that could help me out. I even told them it wasn't under warranty. The customer support person didn't say much other than to ask for my address. Then she told me I would have a new one in a few days! Now that is customer service:tu::tu:
