I have a K & N on my 03 STX and works great but what would you suggest running on my 03 Lightning?

If your pretty much stock, just a K&N flat in the stock airbox is all you need. Unless of course you want to make the whine of the SC more audible, then go with an open cone filter like JLP or LFP or even K&N cai.
