I recently purchased my first Lightning this weekend. 2004 white Lightning. Ive had my fair share of fast cobra's, grand nationals, streetbikes and lifted F250's. Im looking for advice as to where to start tweaking and adjusting my Lightning. Thanks in advance for all your help. Hope to be on here more and meet some new poeple.

Welcome Jake, you probably dont want to hear this but I would suggest using the search function and you will see that most everything has been tried and posted on.. but the basic first upgrade is a pulley, tuner and filter.

If your married, the very first mod, must be blinders for the wife. Never let her see your wallet of mod receipts. They just don't understand how something that costs $700.00 comes in a package so small. (Yes this is first hand experience)
If not. Listen to what Dana said.
Pulleys, Tune, Filter, traction.
Next
Bigger pulley, another tune, Bigger M.A.F., more traction.
Next
BOOM!
Next
Better rods, better cams, new block, better intake, cooling mods, Bigger blower, And more traction devices.
This should about sum it up.
Welcome to Talon, we are here to help you spend your money! :evil
