This was found on another site but I found it interesting

You have two families:

"Joe Legal" and "Jose Illegal".Both families
have two parents, two children, and live in California .

Joe Legal works in construction, has a Social Security Number and makes
$25.00 per hour with taxes deducted.

Jose Illegal also works in construction, has NO Social Security Number,
and gets paid $15.00 cash "under the table".

Ready?Now pay attention...

Joe Legal: $25.00 per hour x 40 hours = $ 1000.00 per week, or $52,000.00
per year. Now take 30% away for state and federal tax; Joe Legal now has
$31,231.00.

Jose Illegal: $15.00 per hour x 40 hours = $600.00 per week, or
$31,200.00 per year.Jose Illegal pays no taxes.Jose Illegal now has
$31,200.00.

Joe Legal pays medical and dental insurance with limited coverage for
his family at $600.00 per month, or $7,200.00 per year. Joe Legal now
has $24,031.00.

Jose Illegal has full medical and dental coverage through the state and
local clinics at a cost of $0.00 per year. Jose Illegal still has
$31,200.00.

Joe Legal makes too much money and is not eligible for food stamps or
welfare. Joe Legal pays $500.00 per month for food, or $6,000.00 per
year.Joe Legal now has $18,031.00.

Jose Illegal has no documented income and is eligible for food stamps
and welfare. Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00.

Joe Legal pays rent of $1,200.00 per month, or $14,400.00 per year. Joe
Legal now has $9,631.00.

Jose Illegal receives a $500.00 per month federal rent subsidy. Jose
Illegal pays $500.00 per month, or $6,000.00 per year. Jose Illegal
still has $ 31,200.00.

Joe Legal pays $200.00 per month, or $2,400.00 for insurance. Joe Legal
now has $7,231.00.

Jose Illegal says, "We don't need no stinkin' insurance!" and still has
$31,200.00.

Joe Legal has to make his $7,231.00 stretch to pay utilities, gasoline, etc.

Jose Illegal has to make his $31,200.00 stretch to pay utilities,
gasoline, and what he sends out of the country every month.

Joe Legal now works overtime on Saturdays or gets a part time job after
work.

Jose Illegal has nights and weekends off to enjoy with his family.

Joe Legal's and Jose Illegal's children both attend the same school. Joe
Legal pays for his children's lunches while Jose Illegal's children get
a government sponsored lunch. Jose Illegal's children have an after
school ESL program. Joe Legal's children go home.

Joe Legal and Jose Illegal both enjoy the same police and fire services,
but Joe paid for them and Jose did not pay.

Do you get it, now? Interesting isn't it ?

If you vote for or support any politician that supports illegal aliens...

You are part of the problem! Think about it.

It's way PAST time to take a stand for America and Americans.

+1. What doesn't sound right about "illegal - non-citizen" getting legal government support????? That's what happens after liberal lawyers make the laws.

Hey if they can get the welfare up to around $40-$50k a year I'm in.

I could play a lot more golf if I did not have a job:hammer:

Good post Doug.

Why does Joe Legal pay $600 for health insurance and then another $200 for "insurance"? Surely they don't mean he pays that much for car insurance. Its not like Joe Legal can afford a relatively new car (which would carry the higher premium).

It is too late for America to straighten this country out. we all see it happening but nothing is changing for the better. I am just going to work, save and sneak out to a non-screwed up country.

New Zealand.

Seriously.

Good luck. NZ has VERY strict immigration statutes. I believe they're trying to keep their country from going down the same drain we find ourselves in.

I have been there and that is true. But, if you are under 30, have a job that is in a skillset there is demand for, and are willing to live in the southern part of the country, you might be able to move there!

I may just run north to a harsher climate and region. With a smaller govt so the free loaders are less likely to follow. Maybe around Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho. Find a town without a Wal Mart and multiple welfare offices.

Unions would have put the big three in the dirt if it weren't for Obama's generous bail out/hand out of our tax dollars. The wages for the skill are no where near equivalent. When GM workers would rather take a plant closing (because they get paid up to 90% for two years to sit at home) than a 4 day work schedule the system is broken...

Just read a fox news report that three Seals are facing court martial because they busted the lip of a high value they captured during the scuffle.

If this is true I am going to say WTF

Poor management put the big 3 in the dirt.Bailout money went to executive bonuses.Ford has unions building there vehichles. If you are gona be a "worker" union is the way to go.You would have to work for one to realize the benefits, otherwise you are gona get screwed.I have worked both sides.:vomit:

Yep... already looked into it. I have no chance... don't make enough, don't bring enough $$$ into their country, and am too old (41). If you have any health issues (I don't at this point), then you have no chance of immigrating. They do have socialized health-care, I believe, and they do not want foreigners coming in and soaking up funds.

Dana
No, higher than most states, but if we move there my income will be very low.
