Stereo already stolen

Well that didn't take long. three weeks and tonight while Lance played his baseball game against Arlington some kids broke into three players trucks an stole their stereos!
Fortunately just a broken window and stolen head unit for Lance.:mad:
They did not take amp under seat 4 speakers or subs in back!!
I hate f---ing thief's!!!
New window in manana and another head unit later he is good to go!
I guess I need a alarm system???
I am old but would love to caught those sorry thieving bast-ds!:evil

Happened to me back in July.. I now have the door handle fix to keep it from happening again.

No at Hebron High school! Thats Carrollton they are kids from school because the three trucks all had a stereo system in them.

There was a guy who had his f-250 broke into and he installed small cameras in the side mirrors and they got BUSTED.....:tu: Think I saw it on the news...

That's why I like the factory look- most thieves will pass right by after looking in the window . I upgrade the factory speakers and use an IPOD interface- take the IPOD with me when I leave the truck.


If I remember correctly there was a company producing factory looking head units but with more ump-so you get the upgraded sound quality but without the 'bling' to be noticed by thieves.

That makes good sense. This was someone they go to school with.

They busted into three trucks, three baseball players trucks, the three

trucks were not together in the school parking lot while all three were at

there game and all three had upgraded stereo systems.

or you can go here and buy a cover for the double din unit you really love and it looks like a cheap stock unit.. thats what I am going to do..

It doesn't look like that cover fits 7" screen head units. It says under 7"...
