Went ahead and purchased the Carfax reporting since I'm needing to check out a few vehicles.

Damn 'Cash for Clunkers' program:hammer: its taken a lot of really decent cars out of the mix in this price range.

Now you have people trying to fill the market and attempt to sale 1k to 1.5k 'beaters' cars for 4k to 5k:nono:- there is a lot of crap out there trying to be passed off to the unsuspecting buyer.

Holy cow. Been a while since I have looked at Carfax. Prices have gone up, and no more unlimited reports for 30 days. Geez.

Try Autocheck

I had Autocheck unlimited for 3-months. It expired 2/27. Ran only 2 or 3 vins for members. Guess the weather in Feb was not good for looking at cars.
