will my 10 row intercooler out of my 2000 L fit and work with the 01-04 lower intake and midplate?

Far as I know, the design is different, but the dimensions are the same. :cool:

I think that the SC bolt holes wont line up. But I may be wrong.

well the s/c i have is drilled to fit both midplates 99-00 and 01-04. im wondering if i unbolt the i/c from my midplate and bolt it to the 01-04 miplate?
