Heat and Air Fan

My diesel fan switch has two selections. Off or high. Won't adjust low to high. The same on the steering wheel toggle or dashboard. Any ideas?

You probably need a new resistor pack for the blower motor. It usually sits in the duct housing somewhere. When they burn out you lose the mid and low speeds. High goes straight to the fan motor.
