That's the Biscayne Bay Marriott pool. The Marriott building is connected to the Grand condos and hotel, which is where the boy fell from. I used to do a lot of work at both buildings back in the 90s and used to enjoy watching the hot chicks topless sunbathing at that pool. Gotta love Miami!

There have been a few deaths from people jumping/falling from those balconies. This was one lucky kid!
