These are usually scams but this one really looks legit. They put a note about forwarding them phishing emails from others claiming to be Microsoft. No scammer would ever think to try that. I'd get them your SSN right away so they can start the paperwork and get your money wired over right away.

There are clubs now where people talk about messing with these guys. They lead them on and get them to Fedex documents to sign to get them to waste their time/money and scam the scammer. Might be a good candidate here!
