HID Fog Light ?

Driver side fig light is out, I checked the light it looked good and swiched it out with the other one and it worked. Could it be the ballast and how do you check it? Can u us a test light? Does anyone know where to buy a new ballast? Thanks!

Bad ballast.

I dont know what kit you have but I buy my HID's from a place in haltom city, He will sell you just a balast if thats what your looking for
