Blower Oil....?

My L has a little over 57k on it, asked about blower oil change at the stealership and was told it it never needs changing......:icon_eek:
What type of oil do yall run and how much do I need, is it just the plug in front or is there two......whats the proceedure.

To do a proper drain you need to unbolt the blower and drain, go ahead and clean the rotors and intercooler, I ran Lucas oil gear oil, some have ran royal purple some use gm supercharger oil

I use the GM stuff for superchargers. Half the cost of the Ford stuff. :cool:

I say the fluid is good for the life of the blower. It takes one and a half GM bottles.
