You see this little "model" get her lip bitten off by a dog that never left its yard? She has the balls to lie to the media saying she was just walking down the sidewalk by the fence and turned when she heard a noise and was bitten, lol... The sidewalk is 3ft from the fence and the dog never left his yard... Someone step up and be a parent here... I would like to see an apology to the dogs owners from this girl.

The stupid girl said she wanted it dead, so it didn't call her a liar. I am sure the folks got their dog back, the cops did not issue any citation or fault on the owners part.

If my kid did something stupid like that I would whoop that ass. We are steering this world to hell trying to dummy proof every aspect of life. We are losing the skills that keep us safe. That is not a dangerous dog. Dogs are animals they do have a genetic makeup to protect their pack members and property. That is why the law lets them bite anything intruding on their property. I can't walk two houses down my alley without several dogs running to the fence and barking. They are claiming their territory. I am smart enough not to stick my hand or face into their yard. Darwinism has its purpose and we are overriding it. When that happens we end up knee deep in idiot breeding pairs... Hmm, wait that is where they came from, lol...

While I agree with the Darwin theory - I also believe that if you have a dog or gun or car or house that is unsafe you have responsibility to protect your family and the public.

if you own an aggressive dog a 4 foot fence isn't enough ... A broken or loose 6 foot fence isnt enough either - its YOUR responsibility

The kid has some common sense responsibility as well BUT thats why they call them KIDS
