Anyone ever seen one of these cars, Volvo C30?
I hadn't , neighbor stopped by in one.
I like it, may consider buying one. Tell me why or why not, other than the obvious, it is a Volvo.:D
The Blazer has to go sometime.
I am thinking about going small, but got my deposit back on the Smart from a long time ago thinking I would resell the option at profit, should have bought some gold.;)

Seems way overpriced to me, would be a start. The rear hatch looks cool, sorta, but is it functional? I mean, in that odd portal what can you really put back there?
Put those things together with Volvo about to be owned by Geely Automotive from China (who so far just copy famous designs and make them deathtraps) and I...just don't know. Doesnt give me a good feeling.
If you want a hot hatch, try a Subaru. Or for something really different, wait for the Fiat 500. If they bring the Abarth version here that would really be something.

Thanks for the inputs, I like the mini s, but I see them everyday.
I like the C30 because it is different, I5 turbo, more HP and TQ than the mini, but the China thing has done it for me.
Haven't thought about the Subaru in a while, and I haven't seen any recently.
Thought about a 350/370, but see those everyday too.
Come to think of it I don't see any K5s or Ls, so I guess I'll just keep driving them.

lower the K5... all wheel drive put on a power adder and it is a whole new game....
The C30 is a cool looking car. I am buying a Subaru next for a DD they make fun car. Will Keep the truck around for tow duty
The 2011 Mustang is also a winner IMO. Mod friendly but a lot of them on the road in a hurry

Gotta buy American right?
The C30 is a neat bubble car. Paying good money for a car is hard to swallow. It does look like the Subaru is the most durable little car. The Evo is neat but the Subaru just seems like a better value. Driving 4cyl rice just seems wrong though. I like the way they changed the body in 09 or such to the hatchback style. I looked at Mazda 3 speeds for commuter cars.
How important is guying American? Hell I don't know. I feel good driving my new Ford knowing they did not take any bail out money.

Well a 4 inch drop is easy, just put the stock suspension back in, which would drive much better, I still have the springs/bushings/etc and they have low miles on them. I might do this.
All wheel drive, no diff in the box, it is full lock, can't really drive that on the street. Technically you can as the front is open diff, but it is pretty tough on it, I have tried it as the TQ multiplication with 4 wheel low is awesome, to about 60 mph.
PA, top speed limit for the daily drive is 35, NA.
Maybe lower it and go DONK.
just buy used
from an american+1:tu: The kind of values you can find if you look hard enough is amazing. Just got a 2010 CTS for Judy (3.6L DI 1SF Performance package) less than 7-months old, for $11,000 less than the best deal we could find on a new one. Exact colors & options she was wanting.
