Anybody planning on going to the Drag n Brag tonight at TMS?
SCION Drag-n-Brag, in addition to the Show-n-Shine car display competition, opens its second season Friday evening. Created last year by Texas Motor Speedway officials to assist in curtailing illegal street racing in the Metroplex by providing a safer alternative at the motorsports facility, the SCION Drag-n-Brag program provides a more conducive and safer environment for potential street racers as well as car enthusiasts by converting Texas Motor Speedway’s pit lane into a 1/8-mile drag strip.
Practice begins at 6:15 p.m. CT while division competition starts at 9 p.m. Show-n-Shine runs from 6:15-8:30 p.m. SCION Drag-n-Brag admission for fans is $7 while competitor entry fees are $20 for SCION Drag-n-Brag and $15 for Show-n-Shine.
