Well, had a little bit of time on my hands.. so I grabbed the drag slicks and gave them a good shine.. just getting ready for LFest..

Well, I did a first round using some chrome polish that I had because I didnt have anything else that would work.. I didnt like the results so I used Mothers aluminum polish and the results were as seen.. very good.. did it by hand and it didnt take too long and it wasnt too hard.. except for being 100 degrees outside.. I did it in my garage in the shade and still sweated up a storm..

I want to go, but I am most likely out...wife is studying for her state exam and that looks like the week my daughter starts pre-school, so my schedule is filled up. These events are a blast so if anyone is considering going and has never gone before I highly recommend it :tu:

I'll see what I can do but I am most likely out yet again...:crying:

I'm officially out. Wife is having surgery the 16th and I'm sure she will not be 100% by L fest time. I wouldn't feel right about going off and leaving her anyway. Having said that, I still have a reservation at one of the hotels. If anyone needs/wants it, PM me or whatever and we can figure out how to transfer it over.

yes- Friday- Sunday is the event. Most leave on Thursday to make the drive so they are there Friday am.

There are always a few stragglers that roll out Friday- I'm in that group this year.
