Found another L maybe..

I found a white 01 Lightning with 82k on the clock. A few questions, On initial take off the tranny hard shifts in first gear on regular takeoff no throttle, all other gears are fine?? I currently own a BMW 325CI 2004 93k I picked up till i found an L, there are two people wanting to swap me, the white L described and a 03 red L with 50k, but has been airbagged, bed cut, cnotched and raised back up, it has shaved door handles and shaved tailgate, runs fine but needs tlc.. What do you all think?
