Ok, I just got finished watching the game against the Vikes.. I dont know where to start.. I support the owner because I think he really does try to put a team on the field that can win a Super Bowl everytime, but his interference with the team is part of its undoing.. however, it may be time to change a few coaches on the staff..

Wade, GONE, Garrett, GONE, Special Teams coach, GONE...

enough is enough.. they are now 1-5 and have pretty decent talent yet they dont have the discipline to win games..

+1 ^^^ and Romo gone. He is not the guy to take this team, or any other, deep in the playoffs, or anywhere else.

What kills the Cowboys is there penalties. They have to clean up there act on the field to win games.....

At this point, their chances of getting to the playoffs are very slim.. I say fire a few coaches and players, then get a disciplinary coach.

David, I will keep you in mind as I lost my son to Australia where he is playing baseball & he has my second seat which is open now unless the ball & chain wants to go. The requirements are that anyone using the seat has to drive & buy the beer. I also have FREE parking but a .7 mile walk which isn't to bad.

Jerry Jones will never get a disciplinary coach or a coach with balls. Jerry wants to meddle with the team and neuter the coach. Hence no discipline on the team. Wade is a nice guy, but I don't think he has the guts to speak up to Jerry. Which is probably why Jerry hired him in the first place(see Jimmy Johnson).

The biggest problem stems from up top for the Cowboys. Garrett does call some stupid plays, sure. But he's also called quite a few drives that were nixed due to either players dropping balls or O-line not protecting Romo, or simply put not executing.

Still a fan. They are just not playing good football for 4 quarters. Hard to be excited about that. Always a fan though..

I'm still a fan, and always will be. But I will also say that they have embarrassed me by the way they have been playing. I think all in all they have the most talent of any NFL team out there and at the same time too stupid to play as the most talented team in the NFL.

Still a fan too, but the Cowboys have made it real hard to care about them this season. THEY dont seem to care.

gotta stick with them trough thick and thin if you're a true fan. i just don't think they're as talented as they were touted to be. my team is just as frustrating...inconsistant play, terrible injury situation with i think 9 or 10 guys on ir, horrible play calling. good thing the Packers are in a bad division or the playoffs would be out of the question. as it is they'll get bounced early if they make it at all. oh well...there's always next year...maybe.

i just don't think they're as talented as they've been told they are. ware and maybe bryant...romo is ok, austin is a one year wonder, o-line is bad which makes the backs under perform, secondary is average. bad drafts haven't provided depth.

I am sad to see him go.. he was a good man.. he was in the same situation that a lot of other coaches have found themselves in... a NO WIN situation. He might not be a great head coach, but who knows because was he ever really allowed to be a real head coach here? I think not. I do wish him the very best in whatever he chooses to do.

Hmm, same situation we have seen with the Cowboys over 4 different coaches... What is the common denominator? Wake up and step back Jones... You are going to be 'right' all the way to the bottom with your hands on management style. I hope nobody takes his money so he doesn't drag another good coach down with him.

Well, a bit of a surprise today, and a welcome one at that.. maybe there is still some hope for these Cowboys after all.. and the O line played well.. that helped make a huge difference. lets run the table and get to 9-7 and make the playoffs.. :D

The first of many more articles to come. You can take this logic all the way back and ask...Why did Jerry hire Wade Phillips in the first place? And, with Cowboy talent in decline, what might have been if Jerry Jones would have hired the right guy in Dallas.
