Did you see the full page ad of proposed cuts by the Cato Institute in the Morning News last week? with the exception of pulling out of the mideast I could go for all of their proposed cuts, and the figures were just staggering.

Did a search and couldnt find it.. did find a video where they said to just hold the line on spending and we balance the budget before 2020..
