Need one tire

Need one tire to match original factory delivery tread pattern on 2003 lightning - Over the weekend I (original owner) trashed the L/H front tire of my 2003 shadow gray lightning - approx 9,000 miles on vehicle.
Will buy used tire if tread pattern is same with similar wear - If cant find used - where can I find new to match ??? - Dont want to buy new set
