I have a question about aftermarket coil packs for the L. Are the aftermarket coils any better than the stock parts? I was told by the dealership that my hiccup may be a coil pack going bad. Just checking for some feed back.

I would seriously doubt that they are better..

Stick with the stock ones. They work good.

There are very few, if any coil packs that work as good as the stockers. Check out Lightning Force Performance, Lethal performance, or some of the other vendors and pick up a OEM coil pack. While you're at it pick up some coil pack thumb screws, will make changing your plugs much faster and easier

I guess that solved that question. I just need to find a source that will sell the coil pack cheaper that the dealer who wants $100.00 per pack. I now have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my clunk fix from the dealership. Body mounts were ordered, but I doubt it will fix the problem.

Thanks for the info on where to get a decent deal on OEM coil packs. It is back to the dealership tomorrow to check to see if the parts for the clunk problem have come in yet. The hiccup problem occurred twice today and once was on the freeway. No check engine light has come on so at this point not sure what to do. I doubt it has thrown a code to the computer but may check that tomorrow too. I was going 65 miles per hour on the freeway and gave it a little gas and it just stumbles for a second. I am just not sure about the coil pack deal. The dealer is just kind of giving me the run around I think. Tomorrow is another day to try and deal with the problems.
Thanks again.
Mark.
