laser max internal laser sight

I know there are a lot of gun enthusiast on here and just wondering if anyone has used or have any experience with the laser max internal laser sight? I have seen mixed reviews so far.

my only problem is I already have 2 carry holsters that I like and neither would accommodate anything external.

Has anybody had any experience with the laser genetics long range pointer as they call it? Almost like an NVD device but not quite. They have 3 models with longest distance I think close to 500 yards where you are able to put the beam on the target and see the target through your scope. It is pretty cool if it works.
