Happy New year to all the TALON Faithful.

In March it will be 9 years + that this site has been up and running.
I really thankful for the friendships and laughs it has generated over the years.

Talon and its costs are supported by the supporting members and paypal donations. In the past Paypal was tightly integrated with Vbulletin and subscriptions automatically sent reminders and when you subscribed you were automatically added to the correct groups to have more PM space and more access

In the past few weeks PAYPAL has screwed the pooch. Their support is outsourced and cant read english apparently... I have to manually move peoples memberships around for now

So If you have any trouble with the site or access or your support of the site drop me an email - doug@svtlightnings.com -

Thanks again and Happy 2011

As always, a big thanks to Doug for building the site and all the work he's put in keeping it up. :bows:bows:bows

Is there a way for me to see when my membership expires? I know it's about this time of year, but I can't ever remember if I renew in odd or even years. :(

Hey Brian - THanks for the kind words

If you go to User CP on the top of the page ( left )
then scroll down to paid subscriptions on the left near the bottom

http://www.talonclub.com/forum/payments.php

You can check status there

Im still hoping for help from PayPal but my last update to the ticket asking for a tech that speaks English as his or her first language MAY have put me at the back of the line .... LOL :evil

Thanks for keeping it running, Doug. My Paypal autorenewed this month. I still lurk frequently here even though I havent had an L in 4+ years. :)

You are welcome Garett

Yours was one of them that didn't process - I had to manually update the subscription status and re-add you to the right groups.
