Well I finaly got my truck runing good. After numerous setbacks like broken TF crank sprockets to oil pump failing and wealding two bearing to the rods because of lack of oil when it failed. Then I fixed all that stuff $$$$$$ later the truck is still acting up it would backfire as soon as I would get into boost, I checked for vac leaks, new plugs, new coils, I was pissed and tried of working on what I thaught at the time was a POS. I just let it sit there for a few months and finally started to mess with it some more I had removed the injectors from the lower manifold but I never took them off the Metco rail. I decided to take it off and put stock fule system back in when I do I noticed 5 of my RC injectors had aluminum metal shavings in them I was like WTF the person who put them rails in was a well known tuner who told me to get rid of the aeromotive rails I had and get the Metcos I said go ahead and put them on and tune it. So he does and he could not get it tuned it would back fire as soon as it would go into boost.
He told me that I had an electrical issue something about grounding issue or the cams I had at the time were bad had a flat spot. I go home dissapointed and pissed I buy a different cam and same thing. All along it was the injectors that had shit in them that the tuner caused and blamed it on the truck I sent them out to get cleaned and flow matched put them in load my tune and it was a night and day differance. Brings a smile every time I get to 5PSI that 2.6 KB is bad ass I got like 1000 miles on that motor I give it another 1000 before I go wide open.
