Very easy...The bumper attaches using a bumper bracket with two bolts through each bracket attaching to the brackets on the frame. You can see the bumper/frame mounting brackets in this picture.

The splitter (front spoiler) attaches to the bottom of the bumper at 8 different locations. You probably should remove the bumper and splitter all in one piece to save yourself some time. The bumper mounting nuts are metric, but a 7/8 inch socket will work. I think the mounting brackets for the 92-96 bumpers are the same. The Lightning just has the spoiler attached below.

i know how to bolt on the bumper its the front lip thats giving me the truoble. how you mount it to a bumper. i have a lmc lip that mustgofaster gave to me and i just have no idea how it mounts. it never had the lightning lip on it before it was wrecked. i just need to see a original lip in person to see how they mounted it from to the bumper from factory

Your spoiler should have 8 of the clips already installed. If not, go to Autozone or O'Reilly's. The clips can be found on the body fastener tree in the store along with the bolts that fit them. Clip them into the spoiler in the designated locations.

The bottom of the bumper should already have predrilled holes that match the spoiler locations.

The bolts go inside the bumper and fasten to the clips that are on the spoiler.

Put a little masking tape on the spots you need to drill... It will help keep the paint from chipping.
