For a Ford I would use Lone Star.

a buddy of mine has a machine shop in ft worth by where memo lives at that can do it. theyve done them b4.
basically any machine shop or mechanic can put them in just as long as you know which way the grooves go...

well what i meant is hes done them for these motors b4. not just recomendin Nick any machine shop now its someone i trust
